I bought a lifetime of cloud storage package(1TB) and then after a few years in 2020, they announced they are cancelling it as they are no longer able to "support" lifetime packages?. Avoid Zoolz and any other associated company. FTC or FCC should investigate them and class action lawsuit should be filed. I am sure many are impacted by the same issue. How can you delete peoples data? If you sold them life time subscription service? If they closed the whole business it's another story but, how can you be still be in business?

Not possible to give Negative star which they desire. They deleted my account and all 2TB backup that I had with their LIFETIME Home product. As per them they will not be able to continue Home Lifetime so they ask to takeout my data. NOW THOSE CHEATERS again offering HOME LIFETIME !!! My account and already removed, so I can not get access. CLEARLY they have habit of cheating customers with lifetime offer and REMOVING DATA and ACCOUNTS in time to time basis. SO AVOID AVOID AVOID, Backup is IMPORTANT thing AVOID THEM and SPREAD THIS MESSAGE.

I have purchased a LIFETIME account. However, Zoolz stopped my service and destroyed all of my backups. I asked for a refund but the refused it. ZOOLZ and BIGMIND proved me for several times that not trustworthy at all. IMPORTANT NOTE: I realized that POLARBACKUP, ZOOLZ and BIGMIND is a same company.

This company clearly had no intention of offering a genuine lifetime plan. Mine was cancelled after just over 2 years. But don't let them get away with it. I threatened them with court action unless they gave me a full refund! After several emails they finally did!! If you want to take them to county court to give them the CCJ they deserve, the company is GENIE9 LTD. You can start a court claim at MONEY CLAIM ONLINE But tell them of your intentions first by emailing their support email.

I had a lifetime account. Imagine all the effort of transferring a lifetime of photos, videos and files. Then to be told the 'lifetime' promise would be broken and you only have 30 days to transfer all your data somewhere else. Unbelievable. This caused significant distress and inconvenience. This company has no integrity.

Lost everything thanks to this awful service.

Scammers, you canceled my lifetime subscription, I hope you will pay for it. Run away from that company. Dishonest.

I still have my original review published here, it was a nice one. But now the "lifetime" backup has been deleted. Luckily I imagined that could happen since the beginning, so I always have spare copies in an external HD and also in another provider.

it is a SCAM they say they have 30-day money-back guarantee and when you asked for it they dont answer your emails. NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I lost my money.

Scam. They offer a lifetime plan and after a few months they cancel it. They don't offer a refund. Their customer service is horrible and they don't even read the emails that you send, they just reply with a standard message. Avoid this company.

Like everybody else here I bought into this scam by purchasing a lifetime back-up cloud storage plan which has subsequently been cancelled by Zoolz. What's more due to the high demand on their servers within the notice period I was not able to recover around 500 GB of my personal data so have lost everything from work documents to personal photos and am absolutely gutted. No refund or partial refund is available. And for the worst part - they are still selling this service and lifetime back-up plans through subsidiary companies which proves this was nothing more than a money making scam. On further investigation, trying to look up the directors leads you onto a messy trail through various shell companies and the Zools company headquarters is nothing more than a shared rented office space that can be purchased for just £650 per Month. Possibly I should have done this research before paying for a service to securely store my prized personal data! Lesson learnt.

Like so many other paid for 2tb of backup storage for life except it turns out its not for life, its for a couple of years no refund and 5 days to get your data back. You can't make this stuff up I hope they go under, no reduction in storage just get lost....illegal behaviour and the disdain they show for customers just beggars belief.

Bought a lifetime plan in 2018 and just when i managed to upload all the data i wanted in the cloud, they gave me an email to tell me that my account will be terminated and all my data erased. One more thing! No refund. SCAM!

I brought a Lifetime home cloud in 2019 April, and the service is terminated on September 2020 with short notice. That is a total scam, and very dishonest business practice, I will give 0 star if I can.

Simply bait and switch from this company. I bought a lifetime subscription a couple of years ago. I bought a 1TB account which wasn't cheap but as it was supposedly for a lifetime plan, understandable. I get an email the other day saying they are closing down their Sydney servers and I have 5 days to get my data and to get lost. However, the account has been suspended so I can't log in. It looks like my data has been deleted by these crooks. They charge a pretty penny for storage clearly sold as lifetime and then delete accounts and data. Don't trust these criminals with your data as one day, poof, it's gone. Where's my refund?

Purchased the lifetime plan just because it was cheap and never used more than 5% of storage.. They suddenly cancelled the plan saying that it is not feasible to operate... If it is not feasible then why to sell them first? If they really care, they should have at least decrease the storage capacity like from 2TB(my plan) to 100GB or even 50GB without totally cancelling the accounts.

Complete scam. They don't respect their customers. They started selling lifetime plans awhile back. After a few months, they pushed ppl to pay the maintenance fee. Now they completely canceling the plans. Time to sue this company.

Changed server locations so gave us 5 days to grab any data from the life time membership. SCAM dont use.
