Boiler knackered. Needed new one, which not budgeted for, but preferred this fast track approach via Bosch: replaced within days by a local accredited plumber and piece of mind for next 10yrs. Great communication throughout.
Bosch kept me informed, and on the day Owain phoned an hour before his arrival. He was knowledgeable, smart, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. He quickly identified the issue and checked for other possible faults. The boiler was fixed within 90 minutes, full checks were carried out. An extremely professional company.

This is the 2nd Worcester boiler I’ve had and I don’t think you can beat them for reliability , the installer was brilliant and I’d rate him 5stars as well.
The Worcester Bosch boiler is a replacement for my old boiler it has been great no problems at all.
