The boiler seems reliable so far but I've only had it a year. The wireless thermostat is well designed and ready to use. However, the boiler can be very slow to respond to hot water demand, and this is not due to pipe length. If I would like a few seconds of warm water, sometimes I've already turned the tap off and walked away a few steps before I here the boiler light up. I think they know this because there is a pre-heat mode which presumably uses a lot of gas but keeps some water hot just at the out pipe of boiler

A good reliable boiler system. Three years ago my old Worcester Bosch boiler failed after 20 years. The insurance company installed an Intergas boiler which was a load of rubbish and failed after 3 years. It was replaced by a Worcester Bosch boiler which has performed well

Howard gave 3 hour window & rang in the window to say actual tie of arrival. He was good at explaining what he was doing, nice disposition & sorted out problem easily. Very pleased with how it all went.

Absolutely shocking and disrespectful customer service. I’m a gas engineer called out to a customers house as their 7 year old boiler had broken down. My customers are pensioners and the man has a heart condition. Due to part quantities it was more cost effective to get a ‘one time fix’ from Worcester themselves. The customer paid £355 on the Saturday morning and was booked in for the Tuesday being told they would be kept up to date with ETA. Having heard nothing, Tuesday morning arrives and the customer calls Worcester to ask about ETA. Worcester told them they were not booked in and they won’t be coming until Thursday. The man was unfortunately rushed to hospital with his heart condition and spent nearly a week in bed due to the temperature of the house. This is disgusting service and as an engineer I will not be recommending any customer buy a Worcester boiler moving forward and I certainly won’t be installing them unless I have to.

From first contact with the fast track team, I was treated with the greatest respect. Laurence went through the whole process with me, putting me at ease. The boiler being fitted was fast tracked, my Mum has dementia and is very frail. It was only 4 days we had to wait for it all to be fitted and up and running. Excellent service from the 2 young men who came to fit the boiler, polite, punctual, and cleaned up afterwards.

Fantastic service from Bosch. Stefan Jacobs was friendly, expert and took great care. He was thorough. Gave us reccomendations for future. On top of the great job, he was here at 7.00am and smiling. Would highly reccomend, go straight to these guys if you have problem. Hope Bosch read these reviews and Stefan gets the recognition he deserves

My first winter with this boiler. Seems to work very well. Phone app to control the boiler and smart radiator thermostats is clunky, sometimes doesn't work at all and often I need to double check my settings as they revert back to previous settings when I think I've confirmed them. It could be so much better.

Boiler runs well - no complaints about function. But at various points it emits quite a high pitched whine which can be annoying
