It was difficult to speak to a person, it involved several choice buttons then that person was difficult to be understood or to understand. After a further wait I was passed to an engineer who knew what he was talking about and was very helpful and cured the ,problem in minutes
Good reliable boiler
We have always had Worcester Boilers. They work well and this one is not different. It is a shame to see that so much is now plastic. This does not inspire confidence in quality of build and longevity.
Boiler is more effective and efficient which gives us a warmer house quicker and cheaper.
Our boiler was installed by Ford Fuels, a wonderful, helpful company which we have used for many years. The boiler runs efficiently and economically.

Went online reviewed the boilers, came across the Worcester Bosch, that was the one I picked, as I was having problems with my old one , so glad I picked that one , first class , got installed by my Heating Engineer, I would definitely picked Bosch again.

The make of boiler was recommended to me a few years ago by someone who worked for British Gas. When I needed a new boiler it was my first choice and it has been a great improvement over my old boiler. Very pleased with it.
I managed to get through straight away
We had our new boiler installed nearly a year ago and it is working perfectly.we can’t believe how much warmer our house is and how much money we have saved compared to our old back boiler.
I can't say much about the boiler, as it was installed in a rented flat. There were major problems initially because of a gas leak, but things have been ok since.
