This boiler replaced a British Gas Worcester boiler of at least 24 years. As one would expect, the efficiency and operating noise level is much improved. Just hope it lasts as long as the one replaced and or that I do lol

We have had 3 Worcester boilers. This latest one for 11 months. Each one has been good & this one is no exception. The latest is more compact. Worcester boilers would always be our first choice

We have had Worcester Bosch boilers for more than 25 years and have never had any cause for complaint.
I think the control box is good but it would help if you could also override it at times to simply turn the central heating on or off.
Boiler is smaller than the one it replaced yet is slightly louder in operation. It was also more costly. Much too soon to evaluate its usefulness and supposed cheapness.
Boiler been working faultlessly since installation 7 months ago.
We wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler as I have worked in the passed for a heating company and knew that that they give a good guarantee and are a good service

Boiler working perfectly. Disappointed that it ws no longer possible to set time, temp and programme on the boiler itself. The thermostat is very difficult to use.--- complex and the instruction manual arc to follow.
We are very happy with the new Worcester boiler installed last year, still not quite fathomed out the small wall thermostat but know how to up it to right temperature when the auto setting feels too low, will get there eventually. But overall, delighted with function of the boiler, should have done it sooner.
The boiler is very quiet , energy efficient. The gas bill are reduced by 40% so we are happy. Very good boiler I do recommend.
