Very happy with the performance of the Boiler
Our new combo boiler is so much more efficient than our old one. Oil usage is greatly reduced.
Engineer was professional, polite and carried out the repair very quickly.

The boiler is fine, a quick study of how to alter any temperature an its easy Its neat and fairly quiet for a boiler i guess 4 stars because the room display unit is not as easy to work with

The boiler works well to heat the building but it does not heat the water unless the boiler is heating the radiators

I haven't had to think about the boiler once since installation in April of 2024, which is what you want from a boiler.

Replacement for old gas boiler was quick, easy (for us) and hassle free in April 2024. Instructions for new Worcester boiler explained well and controls demonstrated. Needless to say it works well, and is faultless.
We like that when we had a really cold patch of weather the boiler fired up in the early hours so the living room didn't go below our set temperature over night. But the house doesn't get as warm as with our last boiler and we have to waste much more water before it comes through warm than our old system.
On a month-by-month basis my power usage has been lower than last year. This may be down to the efficiency of my new boiler.
Great boiler Only one issue on the app you can put on to manual but it stays on constant until switch off And easy to forget So a boost button would be good for a time
We are very pleased with our new Worcester Bosch boiler. It is very economical, quiet & runs well.
So far, the boiler has performed perfectly. It is just about silent in operation. Couldn't be better.
Previous boiler, although very reliable was 25 years old so we decided to upgrade it to a new one. The new Worcester Bosch Greenstar Ri18 was installed by Walsh Heating and Plumbing who made an excellent job of it. We have had no problems with the Greenstar Ri18, and in comparison with last year’s gas bill it is much cheaper to run and it is also a lot quieter than the previous boiler.
