I upgraded to a more modern Greenstar 4000 30kW combi boiler. It is compact, much quieter, stylish and has performed flawlessly
The Fast Track team were helpful and completed booking and installation fast and efficiently.
Very good happy
We had a 20 year old boiler fail with a part that was obsolete, meaning no repair could take place. As these things usually occur on the coldest days I decided to investigate a few options and came across the FastTrack service. I selected the appropriate boiler, uploaded 4 photos of the old boiler, connecting pipes, flue etc. and was contacted within 30 mins to clarify some details. Within 2 hours everything was booked and I knew who would be installing my new boiler the next day. The process was easy and incredibly efficient. Would recommend when you need your boiler replacing immediately.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I’m a gas engineer called out to a customers house as their 7 year old boiler had broken down. My customers are pensioners and the man has a heart condition. Due to part quantities it was more cost effective to get a ‘one time fix’ from Worcester themselves. The customer paid £355 on the Saturday morning and was booked in for the Tuesday being told they would be kept up to date with ETA. Having heard nothing, Tuesday morning arrives and the customer calls Worcester to ask about ETA. Worcester told them they were not booked in and they won’t be coming until Thursday. The man was unfortunately rushed to hospital with his heart condition and spent nearly a week in bed due to the temperature of the house. This is disgusting service and as an engineer I will not be recommending any customer buy a Worcester boiler moving forward and I certainly won’t be installing them unless I have to.
the engineer that fitted the boiler gave brilliant advice with regards the make and model of the boiler i have made a saving with my energy costs
We have just received the best customer service from Worcester Bosch for a boiler repair - having had no hot water or heating for a number of days in very cold weather. Our boiler was installed around 12 years ago, until the last couple of weeks everything was working with no problems. Then suddenly our hot water and heating stopped, the boiler temperature shot to 120 degrees (but it was showing no fault) we stopped using it and then strangely the next morning it came back on. We had been warned by a plumber that the boiler was probably coming to the end of its life and we might need to replace but he couldn't get out to look at it yet. Exactly one week later the same thing happened. Then again two days later, this time it didn't come back on for three days. Fortunately I looked for advice from another plumbing company who told me to contact Worcester Bosch directly (rather than getting a plumber out) as they have a fixed price callout on Worcester boilers outside of warranty (one off cost covers the appointment and a number of big parts). As it happened on a weekend the earliest someone could come out was two working days later. Which despite being very cold seemed like the most sensible option. Michael arrived this morning, replaced two parts and we are back up and running again. I'm quite sure, had I have taken advice from google and elsewhere we would have incurred a huge bill for a potential new boiler and a power flush - which we didn't even need. Worcester don't advertise this service very well - you can't even really find it on the website. And the only criticism I have is that I registered the issue on the website and didn't hear back from them -that said I then called them directly on a Saturday and they answered and booked the appointment immediately. The whole process was pretty swift, they confirmed regular updates for the appointment via text message/calls. The installer was really nice, no messing around (and even advised us to hold on to the boiler as long as possible as it's actually a really good model). Honestly when it comes to replacing our boiler (as im sure the time will come) Worcester Bosch will be my first choice thanks to their handling of this acutely difficult situation. Thank you so much W/B, we're looking forward to having a hot shower and feeling warm as soon as the house heats up again very soon!
No problems at all.
Replaced an older Worcester Bosch with a new one last year. The new one is very impressive - runs swithout glitches, pressure stable for months. Excellent.
Impressed with call-out service & their advice. However we feel a lack of control because the boiler goes off for a couple of hours when we want it to stay on. We live in an older property which gets cold very quickly.
Good quality product , easy to operate and use
Great boiler, virtually silent when running, lots of hot water, reduced gas bills, easy to programme....
This company is a complete scam. Their boilers would work only for the first year of installing them and will start to show issues soon after. Their system is flawed completely and the app to remotely control tye temp is a joke. I am returning to Trustpilot to submit feedback after being let down by their customer services recently which is completely useless. They would first call you and ask you to reset everything and even take the machine out of the base as if you are the technician and can do it easily. Then if the things are still not fixed they will send engineer charging a £400 for a visit for a problem which is with their servers that doesn’t connect to the machine? Is this a joke? I own many high end items around the house and never had such issues with their post sales services. They extort money from customers and do nothing.
Excellent boiler, had one issue with it, which was resolved, has been excellent purchase, and will chose Worcester-Bosch in the future also
Nice new modern boiler easy to use. We also fitted a Nest thermostat which works well together.
Great boiler easy to manage very efficient
Very easy to use much better on cost bills have gone down since we installed the new boiler.
Quieter and better output than our previous boiler.
The boiler is very quite much more fuel efficient and the house is much warmer
Combi boiler appears to be slower than traditional gas boiler and hot water cylinder for hot water and heating. Don't think the rate of water heating or central heating is as good as traditional cylinder method. I feel you waste more water running the tap.
