Best boiler I have had very quite and heats very quickly
Really pleased with the installation of my Worcester Bosch as a replacement for a 20 year old boiler as I now have a very efficient and reliable boiler.
I cannot complain about the product but workman ship wasn’t that great, No plan and took a long time to fix the boiler, still have a issues with the heating since they fitted the boiler, upstairs radiators not heating up properly, Not professional at all and I wouldn’t recommend.

Been installed 10 months. Good as gold. Just what you want from a boiler - no issues!
All in all, a fantastic service...i was given a 5 year warranty which covered a boiler issue 4 years in which i was extremely pleased about...Owain came to my house (in Manchester) and he really went above and beyond with the service he provided. Thanks a lot Worcester!

Everything about the process was simple. Installer came out and inspected the old boiler and then provided a cost for the installation of the Worcester boiler. Installation date agreed and the engineer turn up on time. Installed the boiler with the minimum of disruption, clearing any waste during the installation and left property exactly the way found it. I have no complaints at all.
So far so good. Cannot see that my bills are reduced though.
What can one say it done the job we paid for .its now due for it first service so we will see .at the it's 5 stars 🌟
Easy to use controls which are a beneficial way of saving on gas bills at this current time. Making it a cost effective system

The installer arrived, fitted the boiler and left the site clean, tidy and the boiler working with no issues. That was 10 months ago and I'm happy to say there have been to issues to date,
I wouldn't have anything else. Worcester Bosch 8000 with their filter and smart stat 👌
We are very pleased with our boiler but feel that the user's guide isn't in easy to read terms.
