Generally heating is all working fine but thr hot water in the shower is intermittent which is annoying.

Recently had a small problem when a lightning strike caused issues with the boiler (and other items) in our house. Worcester Bosch patiently talked me through resetting the boiler and solved the problem. They are friendly, communicative, and helpful.
Boiler has been reliable and economical so far.

A fault with the timer occurred. The response was quick and fixed quickly. The engineer was courteous and efficient
On site engineers were great. As was one of 5 customer service agents I spoke to. The rest were dreadful and covered up several mistakes. It eventually took an 8 days to post a part to fix my boiler despite them assuring me it was in transit throughout. Causing me to be without heating for an unnecessary period of time plus incurring significant costs.
