When boiler was installed it was fine for a few days then couldn't get any hot water just kept going cold 'had engineer out said it was faulty sensor which he replaced after couple of days had same problem second engineer came out and replaced the sensor again and stated 1st engineer hadn't programmed the boiler properly was not happy with having trouble with a brand new boiler which wasnt even 12mths old

Greenstar 4000 series boiler runs in an efficient and troublefree manner. Menu is easy to understand and use. So far, very pleased with its performance.

I had a new boiler fitted at a very reasonable price. (Beat all other quotes). The installation went very smoothly and the young chap was excellent I am VERY happy with my Worcestershire boiler

This is a reliable, very quiet boiler with a sensible programmable room thermostat, unlike my previous offering. The boiler has not shown any problems at all.

A couple of months after installation I noticed that when running a tap in the wash basin the water run cold to start (expected) and then run warm. After running warm or to hot it would then run cooler, and then cold, for several seconds. (possibly 6 - 8 seconds) before running hot again, thus pouring cold water into a basin of hot water. The only way to avoid this is to run the water through the above described cycle before starting to fill the basin. This wastes a lot of water and energy. After using the wash basin and stepping into the shower the sequence of cold to hot to cold before running continuously hot occurs again, which is not pleasant to say the least. Your engineer has run tests on the boiler and assures us that the boiler is working as designed, and that my experience of temperature variations is a characteristic of combination boilers. Having subsequently spoken to the user of a different make of combi boiler, and and been assured that they have had no such experience, I now feel that choosing to install the Worcester was a mistake. I think that, perhaps, now is the appropriate time to enquire of other manufacturers as to whether they consider this to be a normal functioned boiler or of combination boilers in general.

Boiler was changed with no fus or bother and did not affect the decor at all All was done in just one day

My boiler is a Worster Bosch supplied and installed by British Gas. The hand book for the boiler says that topping up the pressure from time to time is easy and when the boiler is fitted your boiler engineer we show you how. What happened when the house is sold and new owners want to top up the system? I spent hours on the internet looking for information and spoke at length to Worster Bosch. I gave them the model number and serial number, but they couldn't identify the type of top up system on this boiler. In the end they said get an engineer. On the British Gas website and engineer call out is £194. Worster Bosch failed miserably.

I always install Worcester Combi boilers, because of their build quality and reliability, plus their ten years warranty.

The installation was very well managed and did not take long. The boiler is working well and uses less gas than the replaced one. All in all, very pleased.

I rang Worcester Bosch a few weeks ago because I thought my boiler wasn't working. I was told it would takes 3-4 days for someone to come out. It was a freezing cold day! However it turned out that it was just the battery on the timer that needed replacing which I did myself! So glad it wasn't anything serious.

It has been over a year since the installation of the combi boiler and we have had no problems ,it has worked well in keeping the house warm and the water hot . The last Worcester Bosch worked for 20 years before we needed to replace it.

Fitting went well - engineers worked quickly and neatly To date I have had no problems.
