Love the new boiler but often the bath water will run hot,then warm so can take longer to fill to the correct temperature otherwise great!

Quiet and efficient boiler and (so far) very reliable. Long warranty, too.

Most horrific customer service I have ever dealt with. I can't believe it has come to me having to write a review. The 5 years I've lived in my current property - we have had the boiler fixed 4 out of 5 years. I would not recommend their boilers and neither do all the plumbers we have had out. We finally decided to call them to fix the problem and wish I hadn't. The majority of us are struggling in the cost of living crisis. Clearly this company are oblivious. I was without heating in -2 for over a week. They arranged to come out and I took the day off work. They never showed saying they made an error. They returned 2 days after this. I'm self employed I've now lost more money on this boiler than the cost of 2 new boilers. I've spent hours trying to escalate. And so many people didn't make any notes. I spoke to a couple of people who were compassionate and escalated. Then receive an email that they fixed the problem in the end so that's that. This whole experience has been deeply frustrating and upsetting at times.

Worcester service is terrible as my gas installer regsiter my boiler in 2023 and since then Worcester did not send me any Warranty document. I need this to sell my property and it took them many calls and each time they asked me to give 72 hours for the registered warranty document and despite waited three times no document is being sent. It is terrible service. Dont ever buy Worcester boiler - the boilder is ok but their service is terrible. I give them ZERO rating for their terrible customer services.

Really easy and efficient. I was able to complete the survey of my boiler using photos and then new boiler within a week. The organisation was so easy and the local fitters were really reliable and efficient.

Ordered a new Worcester Bosch boiler via the Worcester Fast Track Team late on the Friday and it was installed the following Tuesday. The Fast Track Team made the whole experience entirely hassle free. The boiler was very competitively priced and was supplied and fitted by a local Worcester Bosh accredited installer. The boiler comes complete with a 12 year warranty. I would definitely recommend the Worcester Bosch Fast Track team if you are considering replacing your boiler.

Arrived promptly day after requesting a service call, gave the boiler a thorough check. Shame the fault is with the controller and not covered under service plan so fault remains

Personal, quick and efficient

Installed quickly and professionally. What surprised me most was the cost - Worcester Bosch gave an all in cost, which was much cheaper than a local gas and plumbing firm. Really happy client here. They also automatically registered my installation and started the Warranty.

After being let down by a local plumber and being without gas and heating we completed the Fastrack request and within 2 days had a brand spanking new Worcester Bosch fitted tested and fully operational! Excellent service the team along with their approved plumber

My old boiler was unreliable and broke down about once a year. Every time I called out a plumber to get it fixed quickly. I thought getting a new boiler installed would be complicated but it got done within 48 hours of placing the order, at a fantastic price and all I had to do was take a few photos of the existing installation. Really pleased with the service and can't recommend it highly enough.
