Straight forward and works very well.

I had a new boiler installed in APRIL 2024 which had been working well. However the control unit comfort+IIRF has a faulty button and although I have called the installer back and he agreed and was looking into a new one being fitted by Worcester. Nothing has happened to resolve the problem. I have now gone back to WORCESTER direct so hopefully will be soon resolved.

A good boiler but the operating instructions leave a lot to be desired.

They have worked well. I am very glad that I could purchase them locally at RBHM in Longacres Surrey.

Very efficient,quiet running Boiler

The new boiler is very efficient and quiet in operation and uses a lot less oil than our old boiler.

This boiler is the worst we have ever had and we wish we hadn’t changed it for our old one. We have to go up the loft at least three times a week to re pressure the system. This is not satisfactory.

Ordered a new boiler on Thursday. Through the fast track system. Couldve had it fitted on Friday but was more convenient for us to have it fitted on Monday. We were given a quote through the system by Paul Caton oil and gas. The fitter and apprentice arrived on time on Monday and set to work straight away. They did a wonderful job left no mess and both were very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Just think it is a great product. Delivers all it says. No problems. Very happy with our new boiler. Very efficient.

The boiler works fine-fitted by experience engineers is also important to me.

Happy with new boiler, but had a tiny gas leak initially (original seals had to be replaced). Also had to chase the certification. All sorted now.

Compared with my previous boiler, it is slower at circulating the heat. Fine once the place is warm. I do like a handbook to set the time and temperature. Could not even open it up so used Youtube. Now 9months later I still need to go back there for the programming.

Great boiler,we did have the bigger Kw so its more expensive to run but very quiet,quick and easy to use.

Lovely boiler, expertly fitted but I am constantly cold, the weather is arctic and the boiler is off?? The old one came in and off by time this one is thermostat controlled, if it thinks it's warm it switches off 🥶🥶🥶

Our WB boiler was installed in May 2024. After a noisy replacement baffle plate was supplied following a visit from a WB engineer the boiler has performed well. Our only disappointment is that the boiler is much louder than expected, you certainly can't stand next to it to chat as shown in the brochure, it's located in the kitchen. Our previous boiler which was also a WB was quieter. The noise outside from the flue is also much louder than the previous one. Perhaps this is down to the new boiler being a condensing boiler? It's due for its first service so will bring these points up with the engineer. Other than that we are pleased with the boiler, it consumes less oil than the previous one, which with the price of oil is welcome.

Extremely stylish (as boilers are) very smooth quiet running boiler!

So far this boiler has been working very well in order to supply hot water for bathing and feed 7 radiators.

Good product. Happy 1 year on.
