Excellent local contractor helped with the specifications and installation. The boiler is quiet and efficient. I am really pleased with the results.

Had the boiler installed in May 2024. Really pleased with the design appearance in our Utility Room which meant a didn’t feel a cupboard was needed to hide the boiler. The boiler is quiet and provides hot water and CH system heat quickly. The operation to change the temperature of the hot water or heating system water is easy via the push button panel and easy to read digital display. The boiler linked with our Nest Thermostat with no problems. I personally don’t feel it’s worth the extra expense for the 8000 Style model unless you need a black colour casing and feel the touchscreen operation panel looks more appealing. Another reason I choose Worcester Bosch is the 10 guarantee (12 years via an approved installer) which is more secure than warranty.

Hi as a retired software engineer I wish to point out what I consider to a flaw in you Easy Controller. Current my Easy Controller has 'Child Lockout' enabled, however my broadband went down for several days during which time I had NO control over my central heating. My suggestion is that should the Easy Controller lose communication with the boiler then the 'Child Lockout' should be overridden allowing local control of the boiler. This could also be used when the Easy Controller is inoperative during your system maintenance periods. Also my Easy Controller appears to regularly lose its thermostat setup as I keep having to re-select it on a daily basis, although recently it seems to have improved so perhaps you have corrected this problem. Had new boiler fitted last March. The house has never been as warm. What I like best is the fact that if temperature drops below 5 dec, it automatically clicks on.

To date I am delighted with the boiler. My plumber recommended this boiler when I updated my central heating so far it was a great choice.

We weren’t sure that a single boiler solution was the right choice for our quite large , old house. But it has been and it’s a great upgrade from our original oil based system

This is our second boiler we think this is a brilliant boiler we think it would take a lot to beat it.

The tech gentleman was really good helpful and understanding. Made sure the boiler was running and was going to follow up investigating what had happened.

Old 40 year old potterton removed and replaced with a new Bosch 4000 combination boiler.so pleased with current boiler gas consumption almost reduced by 50% associated with reduction overhaul running cost .Would recommend this boiler as it’s reliability todate has been excellent.

Quiet and efficient

Excellent boiler got a very good name and very reliable had my last Worcester Bosch for 15 year's had to have it repaired once by the boiler company who put my new boiler in consumer gas. Also have got a 10 year guarantee on it

Previous boiler had been in for 24 years so bought Same again this year great choice better oil consumption and much quieter only had since June.
