New boiler fitted May 2024. Hot water temperature started to fluctuate July 2024. Worcester engineer replaced the temperature sensor under warranty, fixed the problem. Worcester warranty service was first class, engineer on site within 48hrs. Pity the boiler developed a fault within the first 3 months.

1) boiler cannot heat house (old boiler could) without using 1 or 2 additional electric heaters in the lounge 2) when hot water turned on on four occasions we only get cold water 3) we like very warm conditions in lounge, on many days the room does not reach an acceptable level until the evening

we had our kitchen refitted last year and the old boiler replaced with a compact combi from Worcester Bosch - very pleased with the performance, economy and heat provided from such a small footprint

Had this boiler for a year now. Went for the more powerful one so we get great hot water flow in the shower. Would highly recommend. Model is 36 CDi compact.
