Love the room thermostat control, really easy to use and so far seems very economical.
boiler repeatedly breaks down. now broken for several days. appt arranged with an "engineer". this individual says appt completed, when they didn't even show up. i really wish i had kept my old boiler. simply dreadful experience with this company. EDIT: engineer turned up. says issue is with the original install 2 years ago. this was done by an "accredited" company. seems i have to pay to get this fixed. not impressed... ...but at least W/B finally turned up!
After only 8 months my new Greenstar 4000 boiler was dripping water and failed to start on a cold February morning. I contacted Worcester Bosch, and a fitter attended the following day and replaced the faulty part. But he also advised that there was a minor unrelated technical issue with the boiler’s flue installation and left a report headed DANGER DO NOT USE although he did advise that the remedial work was not urgent. The following morning again the boiler failed to start, leaving the house without hot water or heating again, but when I contacted Worcester Bosch for the second time a callout was refused as ‘remedial work to the installation had not yet been completed’. This was absurd as it was unlikely that repairs could have been carried out overnight and it was obvious that the problem was related to the repair work by Worcester Bosch on the previous day. The repairs have now been completed by my installer.
Discovering an external boiler was a revelation that released more space for internal design ideas. The health benefits of moving oil fired equipment outside also cannot be underestimated. Everything is controlled through a small, neat box which can be situated in the kitchen, hall or utility room. Temperature is selected to suit the environment and automatically maintained thereafter. Worcester Bosch came highly recommended by the trade and so far has proved reliable and effective. A handy little gadget is the oil level monitor which removes the necessity to dip the oil tank. Simply plug it into a mains socket in your kitchen and it displays the current oil level. Although concerns over fossil fuel remain, they are ameliorated to some extent by boiler efficiency and control.
Rang up on Friday to report a fault. App made for Saturday. Lee the engineer rang to say he was on his way sat dinner time ,he arrived and cleared the fault .Absolutely superb service by Worcester Boschpecial thanks to Lee
Engineer came out to rectify intermittent fault. Did this well and quickly and set up boiler for maximum efficiency. Never been so cold in my house before. As my wife has dementia this has caused many problems. Disappointed with the company and the new boiler.
I had an ongoing problem with my Worcester Bosch boiler I rang them on Wednesday and Thursday the young man called Owain came out and fixed the problem, amazingly friendly and pleasant man he was. If only all tradesmen had his attitude. Great overall response and service. Thanks

Boiler needed repairing/replacing. Try to find a plumber ??. Looked at Worcester / Bosch website, they could fit when you wanted. Prices were also favourable. Done all the online checks. Laurence phoned on the Monday telling me all was good & that I would receive a call from one of their preffered installers. Boiler fitted on the Wednesday. Great Service by a leading Brand
Emma was truly exceptional. One of the most kind, patient, and genuinely helpful customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Faced with an issue over my boiler contract, she was reassuring at every turn, going above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted with care. A true credit to the company and I could not be more grateful for her support.

Good availability through FastTrack, fitting crew were amenable, good product. Some of the finishing could have been a little tidier, but not an issue in a room that needs redecoration in any case.
If I could give this company no stars then I would. Towards the end of last year. A vehicle owned by this company hit my sisters car. Driver was extremely aggressive towards her after the accident. Admitted he was in the wrong and assured her that the vehicle had cameras all around and that it would all be sorted. We are now in the beginning of March the following year and my sister is still unable to drive her car as Worcester Bosch will not send the accident footage to there insurers. I have spoken to the ceo of the company and he assured me a day or two after the accident they had the footage all downloaded and it was ready to go to the insurance company. The only footage that they have sent so far is the aftermath of the accident. Because the HGV pushed my sisters car over the line it makes it look like she is at fault. I would not trust this company at all. They are willingly committing insurance fraud. God knows what short cuts they are probably taking with people boilers. I would use any other company than this one. They definitely don’t care and are just out for what they can get.
Boiler replaced with minimum fuss, installers friendly and clean whilst they worked
Very pleased with the new boiler overall. It is quiet and looks to be more economical. I was disappointed that we had an early life operational failure that required a support call to our maintenance team. The fault was the condensate pipe being installed with a twist in its body that resulted in the condensate not draining and the boiler locking out. This only was found a few days into the start of last winter as we use solar heating for the water in the brighter months,
When our old boiler could not be repaired, we completed the online request for a Fast Track installation. This included supplying photos of the old boiler, flue and gas meter. I entered my preferred installation date. Within a couple of hours, Laurence, of the Fast Track Team called, to confirm the date and providing the name of my allocated installer. The installer arrived punctually and the installation went ahead with no problems. The only inconvenience was having to call the insurance company in order to get instructions for the insurer to pay the insured amount directly to the installer. Overall, a positive experience.
This boiler is extremely quiet and based on early experience, very efficient.
We replaced our boiler & generally are very pleased with our choice, however we did experience an issue with al loss of hot water which unfortunately the initial attending engineer had an air of arrogance & didn't listen to the information he was given, which meant almost 2 weeks to rectify this & made our choice to select Bosch questionable.
