Quick response team were great and they assigned an engineer to install the boiler. Their quote was reasonable compared to other brands available in the market.
Boiler is quiet, seems efficient and the on screen display and controls are straightforward to understand and operate. Coming up to 10 months use and are very happy so far.

Boiler sits nicely in corner of the kitchen and we normally control it remotely! I'm fairly sure it's made a difference to my bills ( waiting on the winter one) and I can definitely feel the difference in how fast the room warms up.

Since installation, have called out installers and few times to adjust pressure, to give me hot water instead of cold, to replace a sensor. Heating goes off but stays off even though room has dropped in temperature and have to manually start up again. Boiler makes chuffing sounds early morning to make sure its ready.
The boiler is really quiet when fired up. Sleek looking and efficient.
Our second Worcester boiler which doesn't disappoint. It does everything you'd want from a boiler - instant hot water and quiet. Our old one lasted 22 years with only 1 breakdown, fingers crossed this one will be as good.
Lovely warm house, hot water on tap whenever you need it, easy to control. So much better and quieter than our old back boiler. Very impressed!!

Difficult to rate a boiler given I'm not a plumber. All I can say is it works. I think it heats up the radiators faster. It's quieter than my previous boiler and I'm sure it's more efficient.
