Engineer named Howard attended and quickly diagnosed the issue with the control key. Fitter new key and then checked everything else out. Boiler seems to be performing a lot better. A job well done

This boiler is awesome heats the house in 15 minutes runs economically and so far hS been completely trouble free it feeds the shower with heels of pressure I can't say enough how impressed I am with it

Very efficient and economical.

Magna Blueflame installed it without fuss and it has worked well so far. It is quite quiet which is good. Would have liked a pressure gauge on display though.

An extremely efficient boiler

The boiler is easy to use, I did have a problem with it losing pressure which showed on the panel but it was a leaky radiator issue and the boiler was easy to top up and because it identified the problem it was resolved easily

We are a bit disappointed as the heating does not always work if we switch it on at the same time as running a bath

A really, truly excellent boiler. It’s small, incredibly quiet and very efficient. I have no complaints, only praise.

Really pleased with my new boiler. It is easy to adjust the settings. No problems have arisen.

Unimpressed with Worcester Bosch own engineer today. Bad enough I had to get Worcester Bosch to send out one of their own engineers today, but the guy they sent had no respect whatsoever for our property. If he had an ounce of common sense he would have realised that if we had put dust sheets down on the carpet we were keen to protect it, no not this fool! I caught him on his phone walking around our bedroom when he had no need to be even in there, which is why we didn't have dust sheets in that room. Then he's back on his phone leaning against all our walls, again showing total lack of respect. Then tried to fob us off, telling us it's normal for the boiler to overheat then shut off with a fault code!! I would not recommend Worcester Bosch, this fool didn't know what he was doing and tried to say his Phone based Technical support team didn't know what they were doing!! I phone WB to report the experience but don't know what they are doing about this engineers Conduct, probably sweep it under the carpet Only had this boiler (8000+ 32KW) for 4 weeks, I want them to take it back and give me a refund, so I can get a Vailant. UPDATE Response to Worcester Bosch reply. RUBBISH! I had a generated email confirming my complaint, will be looked at in 28 days. NOT A RESOLUTUON, meanwhile I have a dangerous boiler which is overheating! I suggest you do something to fix this Garbage Product BOILER NOW OVERHEATING AND IN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CONDITION THIS BOILER IS JUST 6 WEEKS OLD SND HAS FAILED ALREADY BOSCH NOT INTERESTED

First time we have had a Combi boiler but all seems well, Reliably runs the heating and water. The negative is, even though an expensive system, when running hot water we get hot water initially then cold then it eventually returns to hot. Not ideal when topping up the bath.

Driver didn't have post code, took hours trying to direct driver,but paid no attention and didn't fit smart meter...total waste of an afternoon.

Needed to upgrade the boiler due to problems with the older one, the Bosch for me was far superior than the one that was installed and the manual is in English which was way better for my father to read

Excellent gas boiler in both operation and efficiency. A good compact fit for installation. Very easy to operate.

New Worcester bosch boiler is more efficient and more effective than our previous WB boiler which we replaced after almost 20yrs service
