Can I say I would recommend Bosch Fastrack, my boiler which was 20 years old just decided to pack up on a Friday afternoon went online and Worcester Bosch Fastrack pop up. They gave me a quote online. I agree to the quote. Then I had a phone call from a plumber who talked through a couple of things with me Monday morning first thing he turned up started disconnecting the old boiler a new boiler had arrived by 10 a.m. by 2pm I was up and running. The plumber they sent was very friendly and very professional and left my place absolutely spotless I wouldn't hesitate in using fast track again.

The team was super positive with a great attitude and has completed the job faster than I was expecting. The job was done at a real professional level and the boiler they have installed is working great ever since. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new boiler installed.

Our old Worcester bosh boiler was old and we were advised to replace it this year. We knew we wanted another Worcester Bosh so when it started leaking on a Sunday we searched on line and came across the Fast Track page from WB and decided it was the right option for us, it was quick and the prices were competitive. We had a call early on Monday morning from the Fast Track Team and Laurence arranged the fitting for Tuesday with a local company. By Tuesday afternoon we have our new boiler with a smart thermostat fit and running. We are very pleased!

From the beginning of the enquiry until the boiler was fitted the communication was fantastic. The gentleman who fitted the boiler was polite and cleared away after he had finished.

The programming unit is too complicated and also difficult to programme for a person with poor dexterity

We waited five days for our appointment, but when Tim arrived he was great. A complete overhaul of our ten year old boiler, one set price for all parts and labour. I would recommend this service if you are sure major parts have to be replaced, with efficiency and no fuss. Thanks.
