New Worcester boiler replaced the previous Worcester boiler which had started failing after 13 years and declared worn out. 13 years is ok but shorter than i expected, shorter than the 21 faultless years the other make has been running for in my own house. So far the new boiler is working well. Using about the same amount of gas as the old one. Having it fitted was simple: great service from local gas fitter.

A good boiler that does the job

Great new boiler, copes with the demands of the family and we've found it very straightforward to use.

This is my 2nd Worcester Bosch boiler, replacing an eighteen year old one. This new one is, so far, just as reliable but it is noisier, especially the noise it makes as it starts heating the radiators. Comes with good documentation.

They installed the system with as little disruption as possible and all were very pleasant
