Slight problem with pressure increasing, came out quickly and found it was not the Boiler but a fitting issue. Fitters then informed who then followed up to correct it. Good and prompt service from Worcester Bosch.

We had Mark round from Worcester bosch and he did a brilliant job of getting our boiler up and running very polite and respectful

We are very pleased with our new boiler, which was delivered and installed on time. Unfortunately we kept getting air into the system and it was traced to a component within the boiler. The heating engineer showed us the defective part, but I can't remember its name. Otherwise we would have given the boiler a 5 star review.

I had the oil boiler installed to replace some very expensive to run electric radiators and it is proving very economical to run. It sits in the corner in the garage and is very quiet and heats the water very quickly. It looks modern and compact with the control's behind the front panel making it easy to wipe down. Proving very reliable up to now. Overall very pleased with it.

The product has a good reputation it wss installed in May 2024 and is functioning well. I hope I can say the same in 10 years time.

I had 2 new Worcester Bosch boilers installed in May 2024 and am very pleased with their efficient working over the winter months, I haven't had any issues with them at all.

Despite the disappointment of a failure of a key component of my external boiler, Worcester Bosch were able to send out an engineer very quickly to replace the part concerned under warranty - great customer service

Would like to reiterate our appreciation to Howard the service engineer for his help and expertise in identifying an issue with the heating system and not the boiler. Yet he still took the time and trouble to fully inspect the boiler and replace a component as part of the investigation.

Great Boiler as per the use of last one year. Energy efficient. Unfortunately they the fitted team were not the best in providing after care( not Bosch team)

I'm happy with the boiler and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good boiler that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.
