My boiler is performing very well - I'm delighted with it!

Pretty good. Though I have had several issues with the boiler already, but I have been advised that it was down to the people who installed it.(simply Eco.) The thermostat that came with the boiler required the intellect of someone with a science degree to pre-program it. It hasn’t been smooth sailing so I cannot give the Boiler any more stars for its efficiency.

Team that fitted boiler were great arrived carried out removal and new installation swiftly without a hitch then explained the workings of the boiler and ease of use a very neat job all hidden in wall cupboard

Never had a gas boiler before, it's been very good and warm this winter.

I previously had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted in the mid 90's which was excellent for just short of 30 years. About 18 months ago I had a couple of issues which were not going to be possible to repair so decided to replace it with the modern equivalent Worcester Bosch. After 12 months the boiler has been great, it works brilliantly and has been more economic than the old one. I can definitely recommend it.

All good so far

The upgrade and switch to a Worcester Bosch gas boiler has been brilliant. From the size of the unit to the efficiency of if. There actually seems to be better heat coming off the radiators in the house (these are 25 years old) and more consistent heat. Also, even with the same amount of use of heating the gas usage has been less which has resulted in a lower gas bill which is a great win.

The boiler comes on 2-3 times in the night, waking me up. I set the thermostat low for night time, but it still comes on and is noisy.

They are a local business which has been going for many years. Fixed a few problems over the years for us, so we knew we were in good hands. They recommended the Worcester boiler as it suited our needs. Wish I had changed to a combi boiler sooner.

We renewed our old Boiler of 21years last April. Your approved installer fitted a new condensing boiler. This has worked very well with no problems.

The new boiler is doing a good job. It responds to the heating needs as set by the programmable thermostat. It also supplies all the hot water that we need. It does what it says on the tin. Very pleased.
