Moved to new house February 24. House had been a rental for a number of years, the boiler was a large floor standing Worcester far too big for the property, the radiators were 36 years old and also needed replacing. We chose a friendly Worcester approved installer who carried out the work very efficiently, we are very pleased with the boiler which was fitted at the end of June 24
I am unable to provide my experience as I have no bench mark to check it against and am note sure how efficient is the boiler. The product could be good, but the programmer does not work, and the installation is very poor with paper filled in the flue area, large gaps left in the wall opening and the old hole not filled in. This could make yor boiler not efficient.
Simply a great boiler
It works so far. Isn’t it too early to tell how good it is?
My WB annual service was completed on 21 march. As usual the WB employed Engineer did a perfect job and left everything tidy. Thank you.

The boiler was installed in June 2024 which went very well with no problems. The boiler has performed perfectly since then without any problems. We have no complaints at all to date.
Excellent engineer but poor customer service by Worcester Bosch. My boiler stopped working so I called WB as advised by my plumber as it was still under warranty. I explained I had no heating or hot water and two children in the house so needed this resolved. They arranged a same day visit and all seemed great. Unfortunately they then called me back 20 mins later to say the had double booked so wouldn’t be coming until the next day. This left me with no heating or hot water for over 24hrs extremely poor customer service considering the money spent with them on the boiler and having had it serviced every year. The engineer arrived today and managed to replace the two faulty parts and get it back to full working order so he was great and that aspect of the service can’t be faulted.
Had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed in 2009 fifteen years later 2024 had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed. I had 15 years of trouble free heating and hot water..."Brilliant"...The new boiler was installed by accredited installers and came with a 12 year warranty.."Great"..
With a breakdown of my old boiler I took advice from my plumber and replaced it with an easier to repair, able to be converted should the fuel need to be changed and greener model. It has been easy to use and more economical so far than the previous one.

Despite an initial glitch in getting the right part despatched, the customer service received was first class - such a breath of fresh air, in a world of declining customer experience. Please don't change anything with your support team - it really makes a huge difference when considering future purchases.
