Most of the reviews I've seen on this site are for installation. Presumably they like selling new boilers. However, when my 4 year old, fully serviced boiler broke down - well within the 10 year guarantee - the Worcester Bosch engineer refused to touch it (having insisted on our giving him an expensive parking permit before even looking) for health and safety reasons. He - and his manager - refused even to leave the part needed to repair it. Somehow, the highly qualified engineers who'd installed and regularly serviced it had not been in fear for their lives or found it difficult to work on. Surely Worcester Bosch were not trying to avoid honouring their guarantee? Anyway - I had to get my own plumbers to repair it - at a cost of over £500. Which they did quickly and safely with no issues... Perfectly good boiler but very disappointed in this experience, and a lot poorer, for no good reason.

Had a new boiler fitted today but am unable to use it as the pump was broken. Today is Friday and no engineers will be available until between 7 am and 5pm on Monday. I have blood cancer so am vulnerable yet have been left with no heating, the temperature is due to drop to approx 3 each night and no hot water. Absolutely disgusted and would advise you to avoid at all costs. Yasmin on the phone was very unhelpful and very dismissive. Paid a fortune to have a new boiler yet have been sold a broken one fresh out of the box. Fuming!
I've just had a similar experience to the one described by Katie Oxby two days ago. Our 14 month old boiler suddenly sprang a leak that not only soaked the boiler and its electronics but part of our kitchen. Our local plumbing firm, who had installed it in January last year, said it would have to be replaced as there was no way to tell how much had been damaged, but Worcester Bosch wouldn't let them do that and insisted it had to be done by their own engineer. Who turned up with only a spare heat exchanger and then proceeded to reject the whole job because our boiler is installed in a slightly awkward place. Back to our own plumber who is now fighting with Worcester Bosch over a solution. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by WB, and with Katie Oxby's story in mind, this begins to look like a case of "a batch of bad boilers". Which of course WB will deny lest others find out they are not alone! Companies need to stop using Post Office tactics - deny, delay, deflect - and own up when their products fail.

What is it with Worcester Bosch annual service appointments you cannot book am/pm time slots you have to book the whole day off work then at 7am you get a text message to say the engineer will be with you in the next 3 hours great I leap out of bed in readiness then at 10 this changes to they will be with you 10 til 1pm and so on until the day has gone and you can’t go anywhere. Does anyone ever get the first appointment of the day …well not me over the years time for another provider I think.

Brilliant boiler. Quiet, efficient and very reliable. Keeps our large home nice and toasty warm. Quality build and easy to maintain. Highly recommended.
Disgraceful customer service. Brand new £6.5k boiler condemned 12 weeks after install. Left with no heating or hot water for 10 days in freezing temperatures. Catalogue of errors from customer service, lack of care from initial engineer. Basic cut and paste apology given & £60 offered as a gesture of good will. Falls WAY short of acceptable customer service. Will NEVER recommend this company!

Contacted Bosch Fast track who handled the call swiftly and gave excellent guidance on product leading to me placing an order for a new boiler. Had call prior to installation which was executed carpets covered etc. follow up call from Fast track as well after installation. All paperwork and gas certificates received as well as copy left on the day.

What a great service. Choosing the boiler was easy. After that engineers were in touch to arrange a suitable day which was with minimal wait. The fitters did an amazing job. Very neat, clean and tidy and all done in a day. Highly recommend this service.

Steve and Lawrence made the whole thing easy . From talking through my requirements to arranging a local fitter who was prompt , friendly and professional . From ordering to completion was only 5 days ( over a weekend as well ) and I couldn’t be more pleased with finished job . Well done fast track !
