Extremely clear and helpful instructions which sorted out the problem and the technician was very patient and understanding.
There was no pressure to pay beforehand, being advised until after it was fitted and used before doing so. We paid promptly. The workers were pleasant and efficient, cleaning up after themselves. The boiler has also been efficient, is easy to use and very effective at heating both water and heating the house. We’re very pleased with it and the service we received.
We had Worcester boiler in the past and this one is no different easy to operate and very quiet.

My Worcester Bosch boiler decided it was going to take a Holiday from giving me central heating. Did not know what to do to get my heating back so called the WB technical help line. Spoke to a very nice lady who passed me onto an engineer who talked me thru getting my heating back. Took just a few minutes and I had heating again.Very pleased.
Not functioning as I was expected
I have been very pleased with my boiler which was installed last June. It did go out once after inclement weather, but was restored very quickly by my gas engineer who restored the pressure and gave the boiler a good check over. I wanted a Worcester Bosch this time as it came highly recommended by engineer. I have other appliances which are Bosch, and although completely different to a boiler, the name and reliability go a long way.

Lovely, I had my boiler fitted in 2021, it was completed in about 5 hours. The work was done very tidy and no mess was left.
Outdoor boiler which works well and is easy to use
Newly fitted boiler hot water pressure has gone down we have to wait for the hot water 15 to 20 minute I called Customer Care service lady respond the phone rather than help me out she advised me go on the YouTube and check reset yourself.
My plumber recommended the Worcester Bosch combi boiler and I am so happy and pleased that I have it. It seems to be very reliable and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great Looking Boiler and easy to use. The only problem is that during winter the tap had to be turned right down to get hot enough water for a bath. Miser shower on this system which was not an issue.
