I needed help with my Worcester Bosch boiler and I was surprised when the local gas engineers recommended I phone them. I spoke to a very helpful and patient young man who tried really hard to help me. In the end I had to call out the gas engineers but the Worcester Bosch call handler was very encouraging and kind. I wish I'd written down his name.
Very disappointed only had intermittent hot water . Eventually the engineer found the problem and it's okay now.

An efficient money saving boiler. Works as it should producing both heating and hot water with greatly reduced bills.
A visit was arranged in 24 hours. The engineer arrived in the time predicted. He carried out a professional inspection. Identified the problems which needed sorting and solved them. In addition he found additional safety and careless approaches which indicated a lack.of professional experience of previous engineers.

Our oil boiler was fitted 10 months ago, so our experience is based on a little Spring, all one Summer, Autumn and most of a Winter. It is located externally and initially the noise it produced we found intrusive, but now we have got used to it, it is hardly noticeable. It is working well and we have noticed a substantial reduction in our oil consumption.
