I am not delighted with the boiler it works fine,but, it took a long time to warm up & my water bill increased by over £6 a month. I had to have a device fitted to curb the amount of water use, so this added to the cost. When it gets hot it is too hot. The installer did a very good job very efficient no mess & took his time i was very pleased with him
Had the boiler for ten months with no problems. Effcient & easy to control & looks good.

We had a new boiler installed last year replacing a condenser boiler with a combi boiler. We are very happy with it - it is very efficient and more economical than our old boiler. Our approved Worcester plumber who installed it was excellent.
I'm of a certain age and find our greenstar boiler too complex to operate. I haven't a clue how to reset the time and the operation instructions don't help. But I'll persevere because of the reputation others give it.
It keeps making a noise like an explosion.
Very quiet and totally efficient
I like the quietness of the boiler and having hot water in our bathroom in less than a minute. I also like that it can keep water at good temperatue to wash the dishes, but sometimes it doesnt start until the water gets really cold. So it needa to improve on that.

New boiler is much more efficient and quieter
This is my second Worcester Bosch boiler. The first lasted for many years and I had very few problems with it. So I didn't hesitate in choosing the make when I finally needed to replace it. The new one is more compact and very quiet. I did experience a quality issue with the work of the installer and had to ask them to come back to tidy up their wiring but it's fine now.
It has worked very well no problems and very quite.
A great product, quiet and efficient
Things just aren’t made to the same quality as they used to be. Water still takes a long time to heat up and seems rather random in its regularity. But still a decent boiler.
The boiler is easy to set up and use.
It works perfectly well, as advertised.
