Our W-B boiler has been entirely reliable from the point of installation. The boiler is quiet, easy to adjust and control and is also very efficient/economic, using less gas than our previous boiler (17 years old).
The boiler is quiet and efficient-it heats the house well-it can be controlled using an app on the mobile phone-there is a useful digital display that gives information and warnings when required-for example if the water pressure is low-it was installed last year-our previous boiler was a GlowWorm and lasted 25 years -hopefully we will have the same longevity with it's replacement
