Never had any downtime with this providers broadband. Very reliable speeds.
Speeds as advertised with no down time. Customer service are easy to reach and straight forward. They had me up and running within 24 hours of contacting them.

We eventually have gone with bt it’s cheaper and not so many issues. We were treated quite badly on one occasion but the staff were generally really polite on the phone to us .
Since going over to wightfibre I have found that the Wi-Fi goes off more than it ever did when I was with sky!
I used to have Sky as my internet provider but found it unreliable as it cut out often, especially at night. I took the leap and went with Wightfibre as they are based on the island (obviously) and their customer service is excellent (as I was told by friends). I am so pleased to have changed to WF as the connection is perfect and fast, oh and extremely competitively priced. I have fully recommended WF to family and friends and I recommend it to everyone else.
Uninterrupted 500meg up and downloads... what more could you want? Great installation crew and 100% reliability to date. The only downside is customer service but to date we haven't needed them.
The engineers were very pleasant and quick Worked we as a two man team.

I would highly recommend WightFibre. My experience has been first class. The customer service team are friendly and helpful and answer the phones fast. The installation team were excellent. They had to run the fibre up the front lawn, across a small stretch of concrete, through the garage wall and then from the garage into the hall. You really would never have known anything new had been installed, it looks like it has always been there with no damage to the lawn, they re-cemented the small duct cut in the driveway, etc. superb job. The service itself is great. The WI-FI covers the whole house and the connection is very fast. We had the 500/500. All been excellent.

I recently made the decision to change my ISP and what a decision that was! To say I am happy with the decision I made would be an understatement! I am now paying half of what I was paying my previous ISP and I am receiving twice the download/upload speed! I have recommended Wight Fibre to numerous people and my only regret is not changing to them sooner! Thank You for a great service.
Wightfibre are fantastic. I've only been with the company less than 1 year and I bought the 100mbps, fantastic speed the call centre I phoned I Cowes were very pleasant to talk to an the great thing I like is the fact that it's a local company. Since I saw the fantastic offers on social media for the black Friday deals I decided to upgrade my speed to 300mbps and it only cost an extra 90p I will review my options again when more deals come out next black Friday 2024. When I have had a problem the team have managed to resolve it over the phone or if not they have sent a local engineer out to my property and I haven't had to wait long. My whole family have your super fast internet and they are all pleased with everything.

I had a flashing light on my router called the helpline. I spoke to Leon, excellent customer service, understood the issue, verified them, and sent guys out to fix them. RobI arrived when he said he would, removed shoes looked at the issue and then fixed it! Wow from start to finish issue was fixed and great high-speed internet was back online. Customer service as it should be. Great Job 5 stars. c
