I HAD ALWAYS FOUND UTILITY COMMPANIES TO BE NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED, AND UNINFORMATIVE MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR CUSTOIMERS TO UNDERSTAND LEVELS OF SERVICE AND TOTAL COSTS, , MAKING DEALINGS WITH THEM A STRESSFULL NIGHTMARE HOWEVER WHEN I DECIDED TO CHANGE FROM TALK TALK TO WIGHT FIBRE( AS TALK HAD INCREACED PRICES AND WIGHT FIBRE WERE VERY COMPETATIVE ON PRICE .) WHAT PLEASENT EXPERIENCE, HELPFULL ADMINISTRATION (NO WAITING IN CALL QUE ,STAFF THAT YOU COULD UNDERSTAND AND THAT COULD UNDERSTAND YOU AND YOUR NEEDS ,DID NOT TALK AT YOU FROM CRIB SHEETS, EFFICIENT HELPFULL ENGINNERS, AND A BILL AT THE END OF THE MONTH THAT WAS SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. IF ONLY OTHER UTILITY COMPANIES COULD FOLLOW THIS EXAMPLE ALL CUSTOMERS ANXIATY ,AND, STRESS WOULD BE HALVED. GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE THAT WORKS. I ADVISE PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM A TRY AN EXAMPLE TO OTHER PROVDERS OF HOW TO GIVE A GOOD SERVICE

Speed is as promised, no signal fallout or slow running. My financial saving is around the £900.00 mark per year as compared to my previous supplier. Response time to answering phone calls is fast, the staff answering the phones are polite and professional and deal with you promptly and effectively. In these days of moaning and groaning on just about everything I can honestly say I have found no fault with WightFibre.

When i had a problem with my landline they sent an engender very quickly(i had conected it to my modem with the wrong type of cable) but i do find the wifi signal from the modem a little weak and get temporarily dropped when in my furthest bedroom

Absolutely delighted with the broadband service and the whole process from sales to install to aftercare has been exceptional. Larger companies should take a step back and learn from Wightfibre. The customer service is excellent and that goes a very long way. The broadband is super fast and reliable too!! Highly recommend and wish we’d move across sooner

Great experience so far, quick to sort online, the guys who came to install were lovely and I haven’t had any issues with the wifi at all, very quick and a good price too

Satisfied..Network bandwidth is stable expect rare cases..seems better compared to other providers I used.

Installed in wrong location, could only connect to my Sky box , nothing else in the house could connect .Cancelled the very next day

Moved over to Wightfibre’s full fibre service a couple of weeks ago and the speed is amazing. No more drop outs, no more slow load ups and to top it all Wightfibre customer service is second to none. Altogether a brilliant service

It took a little while for Wightfibre to be installed near us, but as soon as we could get it we did, and it's been great since. Service has been fantastic, always managed to speak to someone or get a call back if needed and everyone I've spoken with has been really helpful. The internet speed is brilliant, not had any issues with it at all. Would definitely recommend it if you're considering getting it installed.

WightFibre have been brilliant, installation including set up was quick. I was with Sky before I made the switch and the max download speed was shocking and expensive. The upgrade in speed with WightFibre is amazing and at about half the price I was paying. I would definitely recommend switching to WightFibre.

Wightfibre came out and installed my internet at the agreed time and the engineers were polite and really informative. I’ve had no issues with my internet unlike my previous supplier and the speeds always great. I’m also paying much less than before so great service highly recommend.

Great service from first contact to fitting. Everyone in the company that I had contact with was polite, the fitters were friendly and tidy. Customer service is excellent, they are on the island so know the areas they provide their broadband too. I recommend them to everyone.

They delivered on time the service is second to none the staff on the phone really know their stuff so you have no worries they can sort out most problems over the phone so they get 10 out of 10 from me
