The two lads who installed the system were very polite friendly and knowledgeable about the setup. I had to contact the technical department for advice a few days later and again met with friendly staff who felt with my questions and connections quickly and efficiently. I would definitely say the whole experience as a positive and I’ve no issues with wightfibre unlike my previous provider, it’s nice to talk to a person and not a robot. Thank you
Great broadband speeds and coverage through the whole house and garden. The only slight criticism I would have is the external cabling and box installation is a little substandard. A little bit of thought into cable routing and clipping wouldn’t take long. Customer service is second to none if you have to speak to someone.

Fibre installation was quite satisfactory with the termination placed exactly where I wanted it. The broadband service has been excellent. I am disappointed, however, that an analogue phone connection means that I still have to use an ATA that I had hoped to eliminate by going fully VOIP. UPDATE 29/12 in view of response - a simple email with provisioning info for a single freePBX trunk?
Best internet I’ve had but mostly customer service is excellent. Staff are very helpful and efficient and friendly. Had a recent problem on Boxing Day and the member of staff called me back 3 times to update me and the engineers squeezed me in and sorted it even though they were fully booked for the day .
Great workers and good service
I rang wightfibre to arrange changing supplier to them, very fast and prompt appointment made and all went well. Engineers turned up prompt and everything went smooth and was soon connected. Communication was great with no issues and the service has been faultless

Great customer service, but had an issue from the start which has taken 3 months to resolve. Everyone was very helpful in trying to fix the issue, but sadly paying for a service for 3 months that you are not receiving is not ideal.
Someone from WightFibre knocked on our door and we'd been thinking about switching just hadn't got round to it with a newborn baby! He got us booked in and when the guys came to install it they were fantastic. Our previous provider only gave us WiFi in certain rooms of the house, it's so nice to have it everywhere now and not have it cutting out! The booster stopped working initially but customer service were great at getting this sorted, and the connection even without it was better than with our previous provider! Fully recommend!
Excellent Service and immaculate internet so far. I was door knocked coincidentally when looking for new internet. The installation team showed up on time, were polite, quiet and efficient and I have had extremely fast internet since, without issue.
Great service, moved into our first home recently and was worried we’d be without internet, but the installation was able to happen on the same day. Engineers were great, very quick and professional. No problems with our internet at all and the speed is great.

Just changed to Wightfibre after getting fed up with being charged silly prices by Sky. Despite a couple of hiccups during the installation, the team at Wightfibre were polite and helpful at all times. They even went the extra mile and hard wired my TV set top box as the wireless connection was a bit unreliable (the fault of the box, not Wightfibre's Wireless). Their sales team followed up with a call a week later to make sure everything was OK. All in all I'm pleased I've changed to Wightfibre and reassured to know there is a person on the end of the phone if I need any help.10 out of 10 for service!
Good information throughout the process, installation carried out professionally when it was due and service has been reliable since installed so definitely happy to recommend to others.
Value for money
Wight fibre, i think, is the best internet provider on the isle of wight. I have compared it with a couple of other brands thru fast.com and thru my experience with them. Seldom times there are episodes of connection loss but didnt cause me problems.
We are happy with the service and the speed of WightFibre however are experiencing more service droppage on our devices. Haven’t got around to contacting them but they have only been very helpful previously. I would recommend them.
