Fantastic company, broadband and internet is super quick, the installer who came to the house to do input a pod was very professional, quick and pleasant to talk too. The customer service associate guy I spoke to was also very helpful and pleasant.

The installation went smoothly and the broadband has performed well since. However, the phone line didn't start to work automatically and had to be chased up. This was then sorted out whilst still on the phone, so the customer service also proved to be very good. I just would have preferred not to have had to use it so soon.

Every member of staff we had contact with was friendly, polite and very helpful. The initial teething problem we experienced was resolved quickly and efficiently. All of the installation was carried out with the minimum of disturbance. Our broadband connection is much faster and more reliable than we experienced from Sky!
We weren’t happy with the first position of the router. All of the staff I dealt with were very helpful and got the problem sorted out without any fuss. Good customer relations follow up phone call too.
I decided to change my provider and chose Wight Fibre. The speed is far better than my previous one and cheaper too. There was a problem with the connection which took a couple of days to sort out and a few weeks after there was another issue. However,each time the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All in all I am very happy with Wight Fibre and would recommend them.
All though the customer service is excellent, the whole home WiFi is not. I'm on the 500mb whole home WiFi deal and barely getting 17mb upstairs directly above the router. It's not like we evening live in a big old house either, standard 2 bed terraced. I got better WiFi coverage with Sky and Utility Warehouse.
Wight Fibre have been really helpful every step of the way. The engineer that came out was lovely and the service was up and running g quickly. Good value for money!
There was a delay in installation because we were the first in our street to use the service. Installation was very easy, but coverage was not very good because of the position of the router. Wight Fibre sent out an engineer to assess and resolve the problem and it had been plain sailing ever since. Fast and reliable service. Thank you.
Extremely helpful team. Installers were polite and efficient but they did have issues with the external fibre connection, which meant it was a week late. Have had two unexplained, but verified, dropped connections for about and hour which explains the 4 star rather than 5. Speeds as predicted.
Excellent service and friendly staff just need to sort out the problem with the router to reset itself after a power cut which I have had two recently and have to then phone you to restart it and going along time with no Internet until open hours so maybe get night staff until you rectify the issue. Install and set up excellent. Initial connection difficulties with some wifi items was resolved with exceptional customer service ( they even phoned me back !) speed is as advertised as I am enjoying the changes . Thank you
