A pleasure to be able to speak to a human being. Process to sign up was quick and simple. Download speeds were as advertised and price competitive. Engineer installation was done neatly and efficiently.
Quick to install even though it was difficult for the team as I have a six meter concrete hard standing they had to overcome. Hardware inside installed where I wanted it. Only hiccup was had to reboot software from box to router as not working.
Wightfibre made everything easy from start to finish. Polite and helpful on the phone and the installation team explained equipment and routing wiring clearly and did a neat job. Cheaper than previous provider, but WiFi doesn't quite reach as far as it did before, ie. into the garden.
From initial sign up to having service Installed by Joe who was Super helpful and friendly we have received nothing but a great service. We signed for the 900 package which does everything it says at a great monthly price. After moving from the mainland which is flooded with broadband providers offering similar services, Wight Fibre is miles ahead in all aspects of their service.
Best service so far on IoW, reliable, always helpful customer service, takes couple days to establish speed but overall well done.
Good connection and someone local answers the phone if you ever have a problem which makes life so much easier

As a person who works from home a lot of the time it was important to have a good quality broadband, especially in the holidays when the streaming and download usage increases... Wight fiber has been brilliant for that, their customer service has been outstanding, the engineers where polite and hardworking when installing, and knowledgeable so therfore able to answer any questions.
