Installed today. Wayne was excellent. Knew exactly what to do and we appreciated that he had carried out the survey so knew what to expect. Alex was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Arranging to get the full fibre cable to the nearest pole then directly into our house. Extremely neat work and very clean and tidy work even when drilling. Explanations and set up advice were very good. Follow up already scheduled plus instructions on what to do while the network is setting down.

We had the install which went very smoothly, however there was a couple of weeks where the phone line would drop in and out but since then all good.

Straight forward, no jargon, or complicated forms to complete. Everything was explained clearly in a way I could understand. The guys who installed the router was nice, again explained what all the cables was for . They even cleaned up afterwards.

Great friendly, helpful service from customer service when switching provider. The installers were very polite and helpful when discussing where to route cables etc. Good job carried out in the front garden and paths. Explained the equipment and setup. Would recommend Wight fibre.

Guys turned up when they said they would Got a bit worried when they said they couldn’t’blow’ it through as didn’t know what it meant but said someone would be back in half an hour and they were and sorted and we are up and running So so pleased we have had no problems at all touch wood It’s very fast I have the 300 which is same price I was paying with another provider for so much less I like the security tracking Not sure what it all means but feel confident I’m being protected when on line

Nice and tidy installation. We are still getting to grips with the TV but that is mostly because I am an OAP. Our grandson loves the speed of the Internet for his gaming.

Phenomenal speeds and pricing. Had a few unexplainable dropouts for 15/20 minutes at a time. Few and far between - alas, always coming at some awkward moments with client calls. Otherwise an excellent service.

Never changed my last provider as agreed got hit with 3 months worth of bills because of it absolutely awful Internet is great but just rubbish switchover causing financial and emotional stress

From the engineers to the office personnel everybody was helpful, courteous and experienced. When I call I'm calling down the road not halfway around the world. End result, superfast internet (20x faster in my case), local call centre and a price that is less than other suppliers.

Instalment and performance. Engineers who installed and connected the broadband were pleasant and tidy and the broadband itself is faultless and it's island based with English speaking people ,which is unusual these days
