I been with WIGHTFIBRE since 2017 never had any problems with my internet at all customer service is fantastic they are always polite and friendly I will give them 10/10 I will never change my network provider

Positives. Installation was a breeze. Very good value for money. Speed as advertised at point of delivery. Negatives. Poor wi-fi range, both at 5gHz and 2.4gHz. I live in a small modern 2 up 2 down semi-detached house with disappointingly poor signal upstairs. No WPS inbuilt in router / hub. Incorrect identification of some wi-fi connected devices and a couple would just not connect at all. Homepass App gives limited control compared to old-fashioned log onto router method (or is still baffling me!!). Definitely not user friendly whatever the reason.

Use wightfiber for phone and internet at both work and home. Fantastic connection and their service staff are better than any service provider I’ve ever had to talk to. 100% recommend!

Smooth transition from sky to WightFibre. Speed seems OK. Any issues you can ring and sort it quickly with island call handlers. So far only 3 months in.

I have allocated 4 stars due to the length of time it took to sort out my installation. I was given a date three times before it actually happened and it took about six weeks after the end of my previous contract. Since it’s been installed and settled, it seems to be working fine. The chap I dealt with at Wightfibre office (his name escapes me now) was really lovely and helpful, in fact everyone I spoke to was friendly and polite. It was just that some of them gave me misinformation about my installation date!

The WightFibre team were great, they installed our new setup without a problem. Later on, when we did experience technical difficulties, they sent a team to our house and resolved the issue before they left. I would highly recommend WightFibre!

My service went out randomly at 7pm at night and a kind customer service agent at Wight fibre helped me sort it out and got my service up and running from the other end of the phone, I was so impressed and will never switch if this service continues

WightFibre's Customer Care is great. We had an problem during installation and they kept us informed at all stages. Its great to use an island company and the speeds are as promised

Excellent customer service. Our connection was a bit problematic but the engineers were quick to get us connected and got us up and running as soon as was possible. Not only is our internet quicker and more reliable than our previous supplier it is also a few pounds per month cheaper

Excellent service to install our fibre broadband & phone service. Friendly staff & brilliant communication. Customer Service good and one small problem sorted out over the phone. Would definitely recommend.

Both the sales team and technicians are incredibly helpful. Ours wasn't an easy installation because of site issues but they persevered and made it work. Being able to talk to someone locally is fantastic.
