The day of fitting went without a problem and the engineer was very informative and explained everything in deatail.

Have had a few problems but can't fault the outcome and speed in which these have been resolved. The broadband and phone line are as expected.Overall, I am very happy with speed and customer service

Transferring over to Wightfibre was very easy and the engineer was friendly and helpful. Recently called the customer services team to move my payment date and this was done without a fuss. Very pleased with the service so far.
Lightening fast wifi. Wipes the floor with BT. My son loves playing his Xbox and the TV loads up instantly. Installation was quick and easy and the app is great. Nice to be able to support an Island business too!
I had WightFibre installed in summer of this year and my experience has been amazing. Having it installed took less time than advised which was great and since then whenever I’ve had a problem, the team have been most helpful. The internet connection is great and cheaper than our previous provider. I would definitely recommend.

Good product and value for money, the only thing I would say is that the instalation outside could be a bit tidier with the wire and box. I am very pleased with the speed I now have.

I recently joined WightFibre after leaving my previous supplier, WightFibre were so easy to sign up with and the customer service is exceptional. It did not take long at all to get us connected and nothing was too much hassle. The Internet has been brilliant and much better than any other provider I've used before, I can't fault this company. I would recommend them to everyone.

Not even a customer… (yet) spoke with door sales person for around 5 mins or so. Which were helpful and as I mentioned I will be switching over next year, not right now they then left in huff mentioning “I’m not really here for free marketing”… now I’m considering potentially not to even make the switch at all tbh.

Worse than useless. Turned up to install then told me they couldn’t as the cable had not even been laid. Promised a dongle to get me connected but then told me they could not supply this address despite next door being connected. Lied to on multiple occasions.
My new connection to WightFibre has just been carried out. The technicians were excellent, explaining clearly exactly what they were doing. They also reset my mobile, computer and television to WightFibre and everything is working fine. I now have faster connectivity at £12 cheaper a month provided by a local company employing local people. I couldn’t be happier.
