I switched from another national; provider for my Internet service. Wightfibre made the transfer seamless and feel very personal. The sales team was great! The installer was brilliant and patient. He fitted the router to suit me and stayed until he was sure it was set up and running correctly. I now have speeds more than 5 times faster than the national provider for a smaller price! I enjoy being with a local company too!

Really happy from install by a guy who was very helpful, knowledgable and worked quickly and was tidy too, arriving exactly when he said he would, to the quality of the broadband and the monthly contract, simple easy and great value for money. Well done wight fibre.

Such helpful staff any problems are sorted out straight away and when we couldn't connect our printer the lady helping us was so helpful and patient, excellent company excellent service

Great customer service from the installation team who had problems but did not go away but stayed and sorted it up to the phone help lines , having had virgin in a previous property these are very good

Staff are really helpful, and engineers are brilliant. Had issues getting my Wifi working but they went above and beyond to help me I would give 5 stars for the people at this company because they have been amazing, the only reason I have given 4 is that the connection is still variable and this can be frustrating

I was looking for broadband and shopped around online before deciding whom to pick, Wightfibre already stood out from the rest as their prices were reasonable and there was lots of options with the packages which made it more accessible and affordable - there is one to suit everyone’s budget. Very easy to set up, a very simple process online and I even arranged a time and date that suited me for them to fit it. Two very professional gentleman came to my home on time to fit it, they were swift and cleared up after themselves. They then showed me the speed of the broadband, checked I was happy with everything and even talked me through step by step how to change the name and password of the broadband they had just set up. We have enjoyed our high speed and high performing internet ever since. 10 out of 10 out recommend!

I had Wightfiber installed about 6 weeks ago due it being the right price for me. To date it has kept up with the demand and has not faltered. The process of switching broadband provider was easier than anticipated, the engineer arrived when they said they would and they were friendly and professional. There is a lot more equipment than my previous provider such as boxes needing to be attached to walls which I was not made aware of but this isn't a big deal given the fact that it has all worked from day one. My only slight gripe is that I was told someone would be back to fill in where the cable was put down in my drive but nobody ever came back to do this.

We had a power cut and the modem would not come back on so no phone no internet and no tv, that was Saturday night so eight hours later we got reconnected. Monday night another power cut 9.30 have to wait until WightFibre start work at 8.00 am totally unacceptable if it happens again then I will leave they need to either fix their modems or do 24 hr helpline can’t do business around the world with them staying in bed

Very happy with wight fibre so far- engineers who fit it were very friendly and efficient- service is good- the app is good to let you know if and when there is an issue, My only niggle is that the box is quite large with quite a bit of flashing so needs hiding away from eye line,
