The connection worked all the time. Wightfibre is easy to contact - that's a nice change comparing to other operators.
Transfer our broadband and phone from Sky was so easy, and went without a hitch. Everybody we dealt with were really friendly and kept us informed. From the sales lady to the guys who did the install, they could not have been more helpful. The icing on the cake is that it is cheaper than Sky and we were able to keep our sky email address.

On the plus side Strong signal of over 100 in the living room where the router is located. The staff are friendly and helpful The service I receive is adequate for my needs—--Streaming TV and using tablets and Chromebook On the minus side Made a bit of a mess pointing up where they laid the cable. Some parts of the bungalow signal not that good even after paying extra for a booster,

Reliable and quality service performed well . Phone support also used and minor issues resolved in a timely manner . Would happily recommend . Minor issue about who was to cancel existing phone contract led to delays with existing providers but resolved when raised .

Great service and good speed on internet, had a technician around a week or so after fitting as got a few niggles but all sorted that day and very helpful. So far so good and very happy with service
Setting up wight fiber was do easy. Got in touch with the office Arrangements were made to install it. They turned up at Arranged time 30 mins later all done. No problems with the broadband un like my previous supplier
Have been with wightfibre for about 6 months now and have not had any problems with anything. I have a constant and fast broadband and have control of my kids electronics to set timeouts and block ads and certain content. Really happy so far with their service.
Once installed it has worked at the advertised speed and without interruption.
The internet is great ,but they sent 2 young boys to fit and they put the wire thru the hedge then charged me to have it repaired after cutting thru it
