Wightfibre were prompt. The lady in the office was very helpful. The engineers arrived on time, were courteous and helpful. After some years of having slow Internet I am very pleased with Wightfibre who installed fibre in our road and then to my house. It's brilliant.

Turned up on time, friendly, efficient team had it fitted in no time. All aspects explained to me before they went. It's been up and running (4 months now) and no problems at all....

I was with BT and although I was happy with the service the cost was going up yet again and I wasn't offered any of the deals you see advertised. I contacted them and suggested that after being a customer for over 30 years I could possibly get one of the better deals. I was told, "those deals are for new customers only." So much for loyalty. I have the basic WightFibre contract that is £15 per month cheaper than BT and gives me more than double the speed. We've had a few small 'teething problems' but it takes no time at all to get through to the WightFibre service department. Based on the IW and manned by people who live here. Always polite, helpful and conscientious and regular call backs from them to see if everything has been sorted and we're happy. The other thing I think is brilliant is the monthly rolling contract. If I'm not satisfied I can leave WightFibre at any time without incurring a major cost. Compare that to BT who want to tie you in to a 24 month contract that you'd have to buy out if you weren't satisfied and wanted to leave. I can see no reason to not at least give WightFibre a try. We're very happy and will be recommending other family members to switch if WightFibre is available to them and their BT contracts are coming to an end.

Simple purchase. Installation was straightforward with minimal mess. Performance is good and support both local and effective. Very reasonable pricing - saved over £10 per month for almost 4 times the speed. Would and have recommended.

Hit and miss. Living room all good, bedroom not so good. Cut out 5 times last night on FIFA cost me the title so not the happiest to be honest. Also the plume was a garbage.

The chaps who came to install the set up were brilliant, very patient and supportive in ensuring that the cables and equipment were installed with as minimal disruption & visibility as possible.

Wightfibre gives us the internet strength we need in our house. The cost is very comparable. Very pleased that we changed to Wightfibre and the process was very smooth.

I just wanted to praise the team at Wightfibre for the brilliant customer service I have received from them. I would particularly like to thank a few of their colleagues who have really looked after me. I will start with Jon, one of their senior engineers. He is incredibly knowledgeable and yet able to deal with someone like me who only has a basic knowledge of technology, his help was invaluable. I would also like to thank Katelyn, Sam and Jade in the customer service team who have listed, shown empathy and help me to resolve the issue I had. The team at Wightfibre don’t only have an excellent product but they back it up with a fantastic team that make you feel truly valued.

I went with 300mb broadband. Very happy with the price. Installation was smooth, and customer service has been fantastic. Bar one minor issue after installation which was resolved very quickly, the internet speeds have been consistent and fast. I am yet to notice a drop in service. Would recommend!
