Ordering was easy, the installation was tricky but they pulled in help and got it done. Once installed, the speed and reliability has been faultless. Cheap, reliable and professional.
Moved from BT as half the monthly cost and 6 times the broadband speed! I felt that the installation was a bit rushed and the User explanation a bit patchy. More work could be done to explain the system. Customer support has been very good when required and no waiting for ages before talking with a real, knowledgeable, person.

Wightfibre were very helpful in sorting out a virtual phone number that goes to my mobile whilst I await an actual connection, unfortunately, it has been very frustrating trying to obtain a potential date for connection. I was originally told by end of October, then end of November and now, in February, they can only say "Sometime in the next few months"
Excellent service from start to finish. Installation team turned up on time,discussed with me about location of equipment and how to get the fibre optic into my property. They did a good job and left everything clean and tidy. Set everything up and explained everything before they left. Very pleased with the speed and reliability of the broadband. Have contacted customer services a couple of times and always very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

They have fantastic installation technicians who turned up on time and got the job done, the customer service center are friendly and quick to rectify router issues. Plus you get what you pay for the speed you pay for is what you get.

Great wightfibre system works well in all rooms. Needed extra pod in our hallway due to thick victorian walls. Operates on separate cable into you house very efficient, highly recommended. The bonus on top is you can talk to real people if needed wow that's a new idea wonder if might catch on lol.

Great WiFi there is never any dropouts in the connection which I used to get with my old one especially when the weather was bad. Needed to get a plume to get WiFi across the whole house.
It's brilliant that this is an island based company. Our broadband is a third of the price that BT were charging. Even though we're on the slowest speed we never have any issues with our TV and other devices all running at the same time.

We had the Full-Fibre 500 + phone installed by WightFibre; the team were polite, helpful, clean & tidy. Following installation we had a few issues with phone & internet dropouts but WightFibre sent engineers the same day even at weekends. We now have a fast, reliable 500 internet connection & phone line. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WightFibre.
