Despite a long wait for the optical fibre to reach this part of Freshwater, now it has arrived I am utterly delighted! The improvement from my previous ISP is dramatic, not just the broadband speed, but dealing with WightFibre has been very easy and positive.

You were helpful in keeping me informed before setup and prompt in resolving some issues during setup. Your customer care follow up was excellent. You did all the behind scenes work in transferring from my old broadband provider which was very helpful.

A mediocre service from a company that holds the monopoly on cable service here. I thought I’d get an improvement on Sky when I switched but just got slow grudging assistance and a plethora of new devices which they charged for to get the same level of WiFi coverage across the whole of my house. No discernible difference from my old 23Gb copper service by installing 300Gb fibre and no interest or explanation.

The WightFibre staff are very helpful when you need to call, but it would be better if we could sort out any issues ourselves. Thankfully, issues are few and far between. We do lose connection fairly regularly, but are up and running again within minutes or less. All in all, I'm happy with WightFibre.
