It's quick and never buffers or anything
From the first phone call I was impressed with the customer service, very helpful from the offset. We were given a date for installation with no fuss. On installation two young lads came round and were very polite, friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and it took about two hours to fit( we needed a line via telegraph pole). Immediately after installation we had far superior WiFi speed. Over the next couple of days there was a few drops but it soon evened out and the upload and download was very good in comparison to what we were used to. We did have a couple of outages but customer service were straight on it and it was sorted over the phone. We had a complete outage just the other day that couldn’t be fixed over the phone, we had engineers attending after about four hours. There was an issue with the server at the end of the road which they sorted before knocking on my door to ask me to check if I had WiFi, everything was back to normal. My wife works in payroll from home and relies upon good WiF. At first we weren’tsure about changing our WiFi provide, but we are glad we changed to WightFibre, they are helpful and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Initial contact was very freindly And the install was very proffesional clean tidy and polite .
When I change from BT to WightFibre it was very easy,I just phonr them told them what I needed and there and there went through the options.There told me a date there could come and I agree.There turn up on the date and time agree did all the work, check all the equipment and were gone in two hours.The fitters were polite and helful.
The team were extremly helpful in signing my account over to me when I needed it to be in my name. They were quick and efficient and always kept me up to date, and followed up to make sure the services where working well for me. They always call if there's a problem and the customer service is fantastic!

Responsive and supportive, some initial delays in achieving installation, due to accessibility issues, however, these were overcome and installation successfully achieved. No major issues on receiving signal. Would recommend for all IoW users

I have had wight fibre since December 2023 It been great so far but they have already just put the price up ... But it's still great value ... And So much faster than what I had before And customer service is second to none I wouldn't change now for another deal .
Your speeds are fantastic
Great reliable internet service, well priced and has a good after service. If you have a problem they are helpful and efficient to resolve any problems that may arise. By far the best internet provider I've had and I've had them all.
Got full house plume last November. Installation engineers were good and knowledgable. Clean and tidy. Takes a couple of days for the Wifi systems to settle but great thereafter. Fast downloads, can see all connected devices and usage on phone app. Got landline telephone package as well but don't get new phones unless you pay extra. Monthly price has just increased by over £5 (10%) which I feel is quite high given the current finacial climate.
Compared to the other utilities I needed to deal with after buying this property, WightFibre were a complete joy! Responsive, efficient and everything worked perfectly. They were so helpful and answered all my questions, even responding on weekends.
