Excellent broadband service at a fair price. My only comcern is that more consideration and consultation should be given to the route that a new fibre optic cable should take. In my case the installers were already at work before I opened the front door. Most people do not want a cable up the front of their house.

Great customer service, my internet failed and an engineer was called out the same day and fixed it. My phone line also failed and the customer service team are great and resolved it really efficiently. So pleased to have a company that genuinely care about service, well done wightfibre!!!

I genuinely thought they were going to cancel as it had been raining heavily all day and they had alot of work to do outside. They turned, and got straight to work. I hardly knew the workers were there and they were very friendly while maintaining professionalism

I’m very pleased with wightfibre they were quick to set up and explain everything to me. Their customer service is really helpful too, I was with sky before these and it wasn’t strong enough for what the kids and I were using it for. I highly recommend this company and I’ve had no problems whatsoever neither has it been lagging.

Fitter was very polite & helpful
WightFibre installation was easy and completed by engineers with a good understanding of what customer service means. They explained the install options and best approach to get the best wireless coverage for my house. Once completed I have been more than happy with the broadband speed and so far the service appears to be just as reliable as the larger ISP businesses but I feel WightFibre is better value for my money which is all important with the current economic pressures on households.
