Good service overall. The only issues I had was Being given a faulty booster plug which was exchanged. A red light appeared on my box a few days after insertion. Apparently something had been set too high.

Good service apart from a cancellation by WightFibre due to illness with Engineer and had to re-arrange dates. Customer service is excellent.

Changed to wight fibre from sky when I moved! The 2 engineers were very perfessional polite you couldn't if asked for better service from start to finish!

There was a hiccup (unexplained) to start with during installation, which took a while to resolve. However, once the service was up and running, it proved to be very efficient, and far quicker than the provider we had been with - and much cheaper too! We needed to report a fitting on the outside of the house, a fault which was dealt with immediately: a marvellously cheery lady called on a Sunday after we’d left an email message that day! A couple days later it was sorted out by a visit from an engineer, and we didn’t even need to be in for this to happen. The same lady as before then called to see that the problem had be corrected to our satisfaction - very reassuring! So, a ‘slow start’, but a very impressive service since then. Thus 5/5!

After the initial wait for installation which had teething problems the day came when it was all switched on and the speed was insane...it was 80mbps faster than what we were receiving with Sky's and alot cheaper. I Don't know why we didn't use Wightfibre sooner. The Home plume is very good and informative and keeps you notified. We started off with the 100 package but for an extra £2 we upgraded to the 300 package. Wightfibre will only get better. Made on the Isle of Wight Island engineers Island call centres and Island staff, supporting Island communities...thankyou Wightfibre.

Due to problems with prior roadworks, Wightfibre were unable to install on our original date. We explained that having no internet was causing us severe problems as we are special guardians to a teenager with ADHD and ASD who can be very volatile at times. Wightfibre got special authorisation to dig up our road to rectify the problem and installed broadband shortly after. Thank you Wightfibre

From making the phone call and speaking to customer services to arrange the installation to the installation of the fibre itself, everything was so straightforward. All staff were incredibly helpful. When I have phoned Wightfibre the staff are so helpful and lovely. The actual service is incredible, the speeds are so fast and it is so reliable. I highly recommend Wightfibre.

Excellent service from the getgo and it continues, installation went exceptionally well considering connection was via BT pole 3 gardens away and afersales is 10/10 and very local If you can get Wightfibre then do you won't be disappointed

I ordered WightFibre's 900Mbps service and engineers were at my house to do the install without much of a wait. They were very informative and courteous. The speed is truly amazing and great value for money.

Good speed and good also to have customer services in the UK and even better that it’s on the Island. There was a fault with the optical cable but this was sorted out the same day. Workmen actually arrived at our house before I could get home to meet them. That’s prompt service. Only slight disappointment is that, after signing up in December, we received an email on 1st April telling us there was going to be a price increase the following month. That seems a little soon after signing up. But the service is good, very good, and we’re really pleased with it.
