WightFibre offered a good deal on broadband and flexibility on installation. The setup was simple, and the installation was straightforward. The only caveat I have is that, though we have only been with them three months, they have just announced that our monthly fees are going up next month, which seems a tad unfair. They have promised to keep them at that level for a year, but it still seems a tad unfair as the price was what attracted us in the first place. I'd be happy to have a fixed term contract (rather than a monthly one) if this meant prices were guaranteed for longer. This is something WightFibre might look into. Otherwise, excellent so far...

A brilliant company! Phoned to enquire and got through super quick, the guy I spoke to helped and answered my questions. Booked to have it connected. The lads that came were friendly and work was done really well we couldn’t even see where the line came in the garden! Broadband it’s self is super quick and doesn’t lag! Wish I went to them years ago!

We got Wight Fibre around Christmas time and haven't been disappointed excellent service streaming TV etc and using other devices all on the 300 absolutely fine

Apart from unavoidable delay in installation the whole process was very good. Polite and extremely helpful staff both for external and internal work. Going above and beyond what was expected.

Good service no problems

Not awful, but not great either. The wifi doesn't connect from all areas of my home, and only works some days in the rest of my flat. The customer service is always friendly.. but not always helpful.

After some initial connectivity and appearance issues the service became very good.

Wightfibre is the only one provider on island who supports full fibre speed. Had it installed recently and although it had some flaws at the beginning as connection was setting its all good now. The biggest plus is the local customer support team, who promptly responding and resolving all queries. All good. Keep on Wightfibre

Job was completed successfully on the day requested. It took a lot of men and a lot of time and the external wiring was far from neat and tidy but it all works and that's the main thing.

Can not fault them at all, great service and readily available. Installed at my business premises and it's been perfect, Long Dog Treasures Ltd.

The gentlemen that fitted the wiring were considerate, friendly and thoughtful plus there is always someone at the end of the phone if need be who answer promptly.
