I have changed broadband provider to Wightfibre as my previous broadband kept cutting out. Wightfibre has been brilliant not gone off once since having it installed.

Whenever I’ve needed to speak to customer services, an advisor has always been available and answered the phone promptly. The advisors are helpful and polite. The engineers who came out were friendly and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. The broadband service itself is great - I like the app that allows you to see the download speed etc. All in all a fantastic company.

instalation was efficient and on time but not very neat. Cheapest package is more reliable although a little slower than the BT line BB. I had previously.

Apart from the initial placing of the router in the wrong room by the engineer, then in the right room, the performance has been quite good. Pods occasionally have the signal drop out and it takes a little time for the signal to reacquire. Overall the performance is very good.

Ordered the 100MB service with VOIP Phone. There was a delay getting the fibre to my house due to blockage under the pavement which caused a few weeks delay, bad luck rather than any fault at Wight Fibre. Service was very good with easy access to the helpline. I can't fault the internet speed which exceeds the promised value. Power cuts do need the modem to be reset before the Router to regain the connection which may confuse non technical customers for a while. The cost is very good compared to other providers.

Brilliant service and signal with wightfibre, I joined in January after years of poor service and signal with sky, wightfibre also helped me by liaising with sky to move phone number and broadband. Plus you can actually speak to a human when contacting wightfibre. Would recommend wightfibre my whole family are happy with the improved signal no more disappointment when watching tv or playing PlayStation.

Full fibre broadband arrived in our street from several suppliers. Wightfibre seemed to offer better value and we wanted to keep our landline phone number with an international call package. It was all possible and the installation happened as planned. Three months on and it all still works! We did need to contact Wightfibre for technical assistance and got through every time within a few minutes. Technical people easy to understand and problem resolved in one call! Happy to recommend.
