Great service Booked in quickly Engineers very helpful and was installed quickly with no mess
Everything to do with the setup and service has been easy and without problem. The installation was not an easy task but was done so with consideration, especially of my flower bed. The internet connection we now have never drops, slows or has any problems. It is also significantly faster. I definitely recommend taking the step and getting Wightfibre.
The customer service is great. We had many teething issues for installation problems to connection issues once installation was complete. However the customer service we received throughout this whole process is what made us stick with them. Now the issues have been resolved I can’t fault the service either.
Value for money, you can actually talk with a human who can answer your questions, high speed (compared to other providers) and reliable.
because of delay in transferring from previous supplier we incurred charges from ex supplier.We had several problems with our phones and to date are unable to access our desktop.I thought moving to a local supplier would be simple this was not the case.
The fact wightfibre man took the time to show me how to set all my televisions up to the internet. When I had a problem on another date, I was able to speak to a person on the island who again sorted the issue straight away.
User friendly than other broadbands but sometimes not available
All the WightFibre "team" have been helpful and friendly throughout the installation and customer services have been outstanding. If I could give 6 stars I would.
A few initial delays delayed installation but once it was have been amazed by the speed and reliability. Dropped a star due to being promised a credit for the delays (meant i was paying more for my old package for longer than planned) and it not happening
My internet is the best one I have gone for really quick with no buffers in videos it really helps having quick data thanking you for the good speed and good connection

Speed of internet is incredibly fast. Rolling month contract and very good monthly price.
They are good, the internet speed is not always as advertised but it’s never gone down. The cost went up slightly but not drastically. Its range is not always the best, but can still connect around my 1 bedroom house, albeit a worse connection in some of the further rooms. The installation was great, nice chaps and simple and easy, they explained it well too.
Excellent service from start to finish And super fast speed
Rob and his helpers were very polite and respectful towards us when they came to fit our WightFibre internet. I was already a customer & they moved my account & had me set up within a week of moving home for which I was very grateful & impressed. There can be a few little teething problems here and there but you can always get through to a friendly voice at wight-fibre & they will press their magic buttons on their end and sort everything out for you. I'm very happy with wight-fibre and very happy to support an island business. Well done to All the team. Sharon
Delay in getting the WI-FI connected and had to get further additions to have internet in whole house but team were efficient and helpful. No issues since
Excellent service from installation to working no worries or problems
The call centre staff are helpful & the the staff who came to get us connected & do the groundworks were great as well. The only downside was it took us the best part of 3 months to get connected due to various issues
