WightFibre have been great since the initial phone call we made to enquire about their services, they explained how it would all work switching from our previous supplier & made the whole thing totally stress free, the installation guys were great & cleared up all their mess when they were done and above all else the internet connection has been faultless! All in all we cannot fault the service we have received from them.
reliable broadband , never dropped like it did with previous supplier. no problems at all but know if i do they are only a phone call away
The setup was easy and straight forward and the staff who came to my home were really nice and friendly. The WiFi works great, way better than my previous one and being able to manage it through the app is brilliant.
Extremely helpful throughout, with a tricky installation, whose date had to be moved a couple of times due to tree problems. Actual instal was very efficient, with two courteous and efficient engineers, who turned up exactly when the said they would. End result is an amazing rock steady 328 Mbit service for both download and upload. Cannot fault in any way - and its pretty rare to be able to say that nowadays!

Working at home I was struggling with my broadband connection, so I thought I would give Wightfibre a go! From signup to installation it has been a smooth service. No issues to date and with a gamer in the house, the download speed is much quicker! Thanks for a great service.

I am really pleased with Wightfibre. The broadband package copes with us all on it at once, gaming, streaming etc. The WiFi calling doesn't fade in and out which means my elderly can hear me easily. No complaints so far. Thank you
Initial connection process was very long, it has been postponed for a month due to contractor error. Then there was another issue with connection. Installation team manage to damage cable so I had to wait another couple days. Week later I have discovered that land line is not connected. Never the less customer service was to the top level. Very apologetic, always looking for solution. In not technical issues I would rate it 5 *****.
