Very easy to change provider to wight fibre. Workmen polite and tidy . Price very reasonable

The Wightfibre installers rolled back the insulation in the loft space to bring the cable in, then left it rolled back. I am a wheelchair user, there was no way for me to either know about, or to fix this. Poor service

Great experience from booking, arranging installation, agreeing with engineers where to locate the unit and ensuring that everything works well for us. Excellent speed compared to other providers on the island. Some issues with the system settling in, which we knew would happen, but overall very satisfied with having changed to WightFibre.

After some delay to install due to issues underground in the road we are now up and running. The wait has been worthwhile, good reliable speed and coverage, at a reasonable price and a landline with our old number transferred successfully. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and any issues arising were quickly resolved.

Excellent customer service: clear, rapid and friendly. Operations could be more efficient - communication between Wightfibre teams on the ground would result in more efficient installation - but the installers are very professional and customer focused too.

On making phone call regarding Wi-Fi connection, I was talked through re-booting, as this was unsuccessful, they'd try to arrange appointment before Christmas holidays! Received call couple hours later that evening that appointment made for following morning. Engineer rectified fault. Both engineers & office staff were extremely helpful.

I pay Wightfibre for their 300mb/s fibre, but I only get this in the room where the router and Plume device are installed. Outside of this room, I am lucky to get 10% of the advertised speed. My smart TV, which is maybe 5m from the Plume device, gets an average of 14mb/s and struggles to stream things constantly. My phone is always on mobile data in other rooms because the signal is so poor. I live in a small flat, not a mansion; I should expect my Wifi signal to cover at least more than just my bedroom. I recently emailed Wightfibre about this issue, thinking that there may be an issue with the hardware. Their response: "Would you like to pay a monthly fee for a WiFi extender?" No. I don't want to be sold a solution to the problem you are causing me. I've been with at least 4 or 5 different ISPs and I've never had such issues with signal range.

I've gone from 40mb broadband (max in my area) to over 500mb so I'm thrilled. Been waiting years but worth the wait

I had a few issues with my installation that were completely out of whightfibres control, yet they were so so helpful in doing everything they could to fix it, even though it wasn't their fault. The communication was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wightfibre sales person knocked my elderly mother’s home in Haylands, Isle of Wight this week and told her she needed to be added to their list because the government are making it a legal requirement to change over. What a load of rubbish trying to a get an old person to sign up for wightfibre, shame on you and you complained about BT/EE sales tactics. Update to WightFibre reply: No idea how I reply to your comment WightFibre but I will email WightFibre directly.
