The service is great now it is up and running. The sales team were great and tried very hard to get my installation done ASAP, but it took 5 months to happen and in retrospect some of the issues could have been dealt with faster. Nonetheless, good value, high speed and reliable now we've got it.

first class service
The installation was quick and well done, I was concerned coverage wouldn't be great but the router reaches all areas of the house on WiFi 6 just fine with excellent speeds. I've had no stability issues since install, if they keep the price the same and it stays as is I can't think of a reason I'd ever change tbh.

Much more buffering than previous provider bt where you got it very rarely. Delay on ringtone when ringing out.
