I was recently with sky broadband and tv . Both the TV service and broadband were dismal. Broadband was slow and intermittent throughout the house....telly was hopeless. Broadband with wightfibre has been a vast improvement - quick and reliable. I am very happy

I recently moved from a previous address, I had to wait months for a connection for fibre. I was told it’s such an easy job having fibre fitted from just outside the flat.(NOT) Wight Fibre caused delays and excuses and costing me money for time off work. We are now waiting for a third connection appointment at my new address, they have now given us a dongle to use as we still don’t have fibre broadband. I can’t recommend Wight Fibre as a company because they never keep promises which include callbacks or appointments . If they know a NEW customer could be let down because of any faults which could occur they should immediately have the courtesy to carry an emergency dongle as a backup service for all customers. In my opinion I feel letdown, but persist in having the new fibre fitted. I’m sure if I’m not given the service in the future Wight Fibre WILL be given the boot.
So far, so good! I'm not a massive fan of their 'hub' - very limited functionality, less than say a basic home router from 15 years ago? Doesn't matter to me, I use my own kit. It is annoying though to still have to have it connected and on my network, but I need landline functionality, so no choice it seems. Minor kit gripe aside, I appreciate they're appealing to the masses and I accept that sometimes the lesser-user has the tendency to become overwhelmed with advanced network functionality of provide said hub :-) And lets not forget, this is the Isle of Wight after all...

installation went smoothly- minor problem I had with my TV sorted over the phone with an offer of coming over as operator lived nearby- very happy
